Step 3: Forge the brass rod

Remember that you also need to be careful at this stage since you would never want to mess with the forging process.
The reason for this is that once you mess with it then probably you’ll need to start a new process all over again. And this can be tiring and time-consuming. So the best way is making sure that you forge the brass rod accordingly.
Step 4: Send the semi-finished product to CNC Center
After forging the brass rod, you’ll now have to send it to the CNC center. Remember at this stage; the product is still at the semi-finished stage. And therefore, it becomes somewhat easy to give it the necessary shape and design.
CNC center general refers to a machining process that you use to make cylindrical parts. The cutting tool here moves linearly as the workpiece rotates.

A CNC center is also has a computer numerical control, and some of them can perform a wide range of drilling and milling operations. Therefore, what I’m trying to say here is that after forging the brass rod, you send it to this machine to turn and drill it accordingly.
Step 5: Angle Valve Finishing Process
When you get to this stage, it means that you’re almost edging closer to the end of the manufacturing process. So it means that you can now take it through a few procedures as a way of making it appealing and also enhancing its quality.

So here are the few major stages in the angle valve finishing process;
i. Annealing all semi-finished products
Here, all you need to do is using all the relevant materials to harden the angle valve. The essence here is apparently to make it stronger so that it can be able to resist a wide range of elements for better functioning.

ii. Polishing semi-finished product
